InstaQuote Advanced Displays

The InstaQuote tool has improved dramatically over the last two months. With the introduction of Advanced Displays and Catalog Templates, your customers can not only get an idea of the cost, but also view detailed descriptions of material types and browse a gallery of images. All of this is fully configurable by you—you can update text, imagery, pricing, and more.

For roofing companies that offer GAF, Owens Corning, or Malarkey shingles, you can showcase a wealth of information and beautiful imagery simply by selecting a material type from the catalog.

Custom InstaQuote Email Responses

The great experience doesn’t stop in the browser. After a customer enters their contact information, SkyQuote will send a customizable email letting them know their inquiry was received.

If desired, you can include a professionally designed PDF outlining available material options and estimated price ranges. The PDF can feature custom text (such as notes that this is a preliminary estimate and that an on-site inspection is still required) and guide the customer through the next steps.

You control the email content, PDF text, branding, and a call-to-action button—which can lead back to your website, a contact form, or a scheduling tool.

Contact Form Email Responses

SkyQuote can now also send a confirmation email when a customer submits a contact form. This is fully configurable for each form on your website. Each email can include variables that pull in the customer's responses to specific form questions.
